The HUG #2 model is a modular storage system designed to offer maximum compositional freedom, featuring a height of 510 mm. It presents a simple horizontal line that perfectly integrates storage and technology, offering a minimalist facade where the variations in module height define a personalized visual rhythm through solid volumes, precise alignments, and controlled cuts. This version is extremely versatile, being available both as a floor-standing solution and raised using optional feet, with lengths reaching 3560 mm in larger compositions.
Aesthetically and functionally, HUG #2 enhances the dialogue between refined materials such as oak, lacquer, and ceramic or stoneware finishes, ensuring a sophisticated chromatic balance. Technology is an integral part of the design: the uniform fronts conceal push-pull opening systems for drawers and flap doors, while the dimmable LED rear lighting creates a homogeneous backdrop that enhances the textured surfaces. As with the other elements in the collection, the structure is designed to ensure solidity and durability thanks to the use of thin panels and rigorous finishes typical of Munari’s Made in Italy craftsmanship.
